LINQ is driven by one goal: to create attainable housing that is innovative, attractive, and liveable.
We are not all things to all people. If you have $400/sq.ft. to spend on a custom house, hey…we’ll buy you a drink and suggest how it can be done efficiently, but we’re not going to build it for you. Come to think of it, if you can afford to spend $400/sq.ft. on a house, you can buy us that drink!
LINQ builds modern, well-designed, sustainable homes that you can afford to buy. We create exceptional value for money by using unique design features, such as oversized window walls and built-ins, as part of the LINQ brand. Our interior designer has selected three stylish interior finishing packages to choose from. Yes…one of them includes quartz surfaces. We also offer some thoughtful options, such as solar energy, technology and carport packages.
We take an interdisciplinary approach to finding solutions to the challenge of providing attainable housing, combining expertise from financial, development, construction innovation and manufacturing backgrounds. Together, our three principals draw from a combined 75 years of practical experience.
