DAVID MURPHY, MBA – President, Finance and Administration

David began his career in real estate banking and has over 30 years of experience in finance, land development and construction in Canada and Belize. He has held several key positions over the course of his career, including founder and President of the Foxbridge Group, Chief Restructuring Officer for Access Investment Corporation, President and Director of CapRate Commercial Properties, President of Allied Capital Properties and Vice President – Finance for the Seaton Development Group.

NOEL WINTER, MBA – Director, Land and Civil Engineering

Noel is a development industry veteran with over 30 years of experience covering every facet of land use planning and construction. From appraisals and the management of a $250 million portfolio of properties, to leading the development efforts of such diverse organizations as Melcor Developments, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Rocky View County, Noel has planned, serviced and built out substantial projects across Alberta and British Columbia. The CrossIron Mills Shopping Centre in Balzac, Alberta is one of his more recognizable developments.

CAL HARVEY, MBA, MA – Director, Construction and Marketing

Cal is a construction innovator, specializing in modern methods of construction (MMC or ‘smart construction’) and modular manufacturing. Until October 2016, he was CEO for Modus Structures Inc. and has built modular schools, hospitals, laboratories and housing projects across Western Canada. He was the winner of the 2015 BDC Entrepreneurial Resilience Award for the best business turnaround in Canada. He has written a Masters thesis and subsequent papers on developing capacity in the Canadian modular industry. He has a keen understanding of municipal politics, development regulations and an ability to efficiently navigate local government bureaucracy.
